This four step process guarantees that we engage quickly, accomplish the task on time and budget, and follow up at three and six month intervals to insure you're continuing to get the promised value.

Here's how it works.

Discover - this is a no charge session that clearly defines the task and objectives. It also serves as an introductory session that familiarizes us with your environment and any internal team members we'll be interacting with. The length of this session depends on the complexity of the task and your environment.

In the Discover phase we work with you to define how a specific application can best be implemented in your environment. What does your environment look like at a detail level. What internal resources are available to contribute to the process? What is the scope of training needed to maximize the application's capability?What existing applications can be leveraged to increase your ROI? What factors exist that can accelerate your time to benefit?

Deploy - Based on the discover phase, the Deploy phase is the actual implementation. This is "nuts and bolts" get the application installed effort. It includes a preliminary "safe test bed" segment where the product(s) are evaluated in real time in your environment. Once this is approved we roll out the implementation system wide. Then we test. And train you and your staff to get the full benefit of the application.

Assess - During the assessment phase we evaluate how well the implementation went. This points back to the Discover phase where objectives were laid out. This is actually a scorecard for all participants. And clearly indicates what need to be adjusted.

Adjust - The adjustment phase fine tunes the implementation to the specifications detailed in the Discover phase. It also includes a three and six month follow-up integrity analysis session that insures your ongoing success.
